Aerial Photography

Aerial photography is an excellent showcase for larger homes, acreage, or sites located near lakes, river, creeks, etc.  It can put the home in context of the space and give potential buyers a bird's eye view of the property.  We offer both still photography and aerial videography, which is edited into a smooth video which transitions from view to view.  Highly recommended for these properties!

Measuring and Floor Plans

Our measuring and floor plan service has many benefits for you and your sellers.

  • Instead of hassling with a measuring tape, you can be marketing for your next listing!

Sometimes a listing just needs a little help to show its best.  That's where a Staging Consultation comes in.  One of our Accredited Staging Professionals will meet with the homeowners to tour the home and give suggestions on the top ten things they can do to help them get 'showing ready.'  We cover things such as furniture placement, paint colors, accessorizing, cleaning and more, all on the homeowner's budget.  We also provide every agent and every client with a copy of our report, "How to Prepare Your Home for a Virtual Tour."  It's filled with tips and reminders to help them get the most out of their photography, which will drive showing activity.  And, if your sellers need the help of an Accredited Stager with furniture and accessories for rent, we can refer them to one of our resources.
